Basko Healthcare B.V. (hereinafter Basko) is pleased about your visit to our website. Privacy and data security when using our website are very important to us. That is why we commit to protecting your privacy and keeping your information confidential. We would like to inform you which of your personal data we collect with regard to your visit to our website and for what purposes these are used. I. What is considered to be personal data?

Personal data is individual information about personal or factual circumstances of a specific or identifiable natural person (person concerned). Information that does not relate to you as a person is not personal information.

II. Which data are collected and processed by us?

The use of our website is possible without having to reveal your identity. Logging in to the webshop requires a username and password. In the application for access data for the dealership, we collect the following data (company, customer number, street, house number, postcode, city, contact person, telephone, fax, e-mail, internet, date, management names). If you send us a contact request by e-mail, your contact details are also useful.

III. What do we use your data for?

We only use your personal information to provide you with an extensive service via the website or to honor your contact request or request via the website.

  1. Log files

    With each page view, access data is stored in a log file, the server log. The saved record contains the following information:

    The IP addresses of the users are anonymized shortly after connecting with our website. We only evaluate these log files in case of abuse of our website. In addition, we reserve the right to subsequently check the log files of users of which we have a clear suspicion that they use our website in violation with the law and/or the contract.

  2. Static analysis

    No direct, personally identifiable analysis takes place. The statistical analysis of pseudonymised or anonymous data sets remains reserved. These are stored with with the sole intention to improve the website and statistical purposes. In this context, general information is logged, e.g. when which page was visited at Basko or which page was most frequently viewed. These data do not show any conclusions about the user, and are made under a pseudonym.

  3. Cookies

    Our website uses so-called cookies. Cookies are small text files and are used to determine the frequency of use and the number of users of our website and to make the visit to our website more pleasant for you. Use of our website is also possible without cookies. Most browsers are pre-set to automatically accept cookies. IV. Is your data shared with third paties?

Basko uses Google Maps to display interactive maps in the contact area. Google Maps is a map service from Google Inc., 1600 Amphitheater Parkway, Mountain View, California 94043, USA. By using Google Maps, information about the use of this website, including your IP address and the (start) address entered in the Routeplanner function can be transferred:
- the date and time of the visit to the website concerned,
- internet address or URL of the visited webpage,
- IP address,
- with regard to the route planner the entered (start) address.
We have no influence on the further processing and use of the data by Google and therefore can not accept any responsibility for this. If you do not want Google to collect, process or use information about you through our website, you can disable JavaScript in your browser settings. In this case, however, you can not use the map viewer. VII. Data security

As part of the technical management of the website, we have taken technical and organizational measures to protect your data against intentional or unintentional manipulation, access by unauthorized third parties, loss, destruction or alteration (e.g. SSL connection for logging in). Full protection of data against access by third parties is not possible.

VIII. Involved official for protection of search and personal data

If in spite of our efforts to obtain correct and current data, incorrect personal information about you is stored with us, we will correct it immediately upon your request.
